1.采用“PLC+編碼器"人機(jī)界面的數(shù)字控制操作系統(tǒng)，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動送料、自動排摸沖切，可有五種排列圖形模式選擇，自動設(shè)定沖裁次數(shù)，精度高，定位精度可達(dá)0.2毫米，節(jié)省材料，工作效率高，減輕勞動強(qiáng)度。
2.PLC程序控制中心對操作指令的設(shè)定具有記憶功能，在斷電或班后切斷電源后都不受影響，便于再次操作。
3.采用快速油缸驅(qū)動，四柱導(dǎo)向，確保每次裁斷深度一致。
4.操作方式有三種選擇：自動 、半自動、手動，自由靈活。
