    歡迎您使用ZS-6系列全自動底線繞線機。該系列機器是專為厚料縫紉機配套的自動纏繞底線的專用設備。具有操作簡單、不卡梭芯、不傷梭芯、不易斷線、降低成本、高效穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點，一臺ZS-6全自動繞線機所繞梭芯可供20臺厚料縫紉機使用。

   ZS-6B型繞線機配套擺梭梭芯，所繞梭芯尺寸為：梭芯平面直徑為：28MM,高度為：26MM
   ZS-6C型繞線機配套旋梭梭芯，所繞梭芯尺寸為：梭芯平面直徑為：35MM,高度為：15MM

   Welcome to use ZS-6 series automatic bobbin winding machine. This series of machines is a special equipment for automatic winding of bobbin thread for thick sewing machines. It has the advantages of simple operation, no sticking, no damage to the core, no easy thread breaking, low cost, high efficiency and stability. The bobbin wound by one zs-6 automatic winding machine can be used for 20 thick sewing machines.

   使用說明：
   本機器操作簡單，在使用前請仔細閱讀說明書，在*了解本機器的性能和操作程序的前提下，正確使用本機器。
   This machine is easy to operate. Please read the manual carefully before use, and use the machine correctly on the premise of fully understanding the performance and operation procedures of the machine.
    1、安裝注意事項本機電源為AC220V、50HZ，功率約為40W。
   1. Installation precautions: the power supply of this machine is AC220 V, 50 Hz, and the power is about 40 W.
   2、注意：ZS-6自動底線繞線機所有開關、線路均有220V電壓，在斷電之前絕不能拆裝機器，機身必須接地。
   2. Attention: all switches and lines of zs-6 automatic bobbin winding machine have voltage of 220 v. the machine must not be disassembled and disassembled before the power is cut off, and the body must be grounded.
   3、ZS-6自動底線繞線機不可使用不同規(guī)格的梭芯（每次只能放入同種規(guī)格的梭芯，如混雜放入、機器可能出現(xiàn)故障）。
   3. Zs-6 automatic bobbin winding machine can not use different specifications of bobbin (only the same specification of bobbin can be put in each time, such as mixed loading, machine failure may occur).
   4、放入落料盤中梭芯的數(shù)量80只，請注意不要超出設定量，不然會出現(xiàn)故障。

   5、必須使用不變形的合格梭芯，否則底線不能繞在梭芯上。

   6、報警紅燈亮表示：盤中的梭芯用完，或線已用完，這時機器停止運轉(zhuǎn)。只需加入梭芯，或換上新線機器可恢復正常工作。
   6. When the alarm red light is on, it means that the shuttle core in the disc is used up or the thread has been used up, and then the machine stops running. The machine can return to normal operation by adding bobbin or replacing with new thread.
   7、梭芯繞線量的多少可調(diào)節(jié)壓線簧片、螺絲，使簧片高低來完成繞線量的多少。理想的繞線量是所用梭芯的80%為好。
