★將水箱固定，并保證流水管空間基本垂直于水平面，且流水口距試板200mm，將兩節(jié)水管按圖連接牢固，螺紋處可用四氟帶纏繞。將水管支架，控制器支架固定，接好上水溢水管。
★將電磁閥引線插入控制器信號(hào)孔內(nèi)，鎖緊螺母在接通用220V電源。（在接通電源開(kāi)關(guān)C前，應(yīng)先將開(kāi)關(guān)B撥至“暫停"位置）

★給水箱注水，有溢水即停止上水，溢水停止后將樣板放在樣板架上。
★將時(shí)間繼電器自左第三位調(diào)至M，**位調(diào)至于其余各位調(diào)至零，即為1分鐘。將B撥至“暫停"位置，打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)C，在按一下A“清零"。再將B撥至“工作"，此時(shí)電磁閥工作，計(jì)時(shí)開(kāi)始。亦即沖洗開(kāi)始。此時(shí)應(yīng)移動(dòng)樣板，使其各部位都能經(jīng)過(guò)水流點(diǎn)。一分鐘后閥門(mén)開(kāi)關(guān)沖水停止。再將B撥至“暫停"，按下復(fù)位A鍵。一個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程結(jié)束。將水箱在注水等待下一個(gè)試驗(yàn)。
★沖洗后樣板的干燥及反射系數(shù)的測(cè)定，粉煤灰水的配制，粉煤灰的參數(shù)，樣板底材及樣板的制做，按相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。

本裝置為水電結(jié)合產(chǎn)品，管路連接中不許有漏水現(xiàn)象，否則不能使用，電源處必須有漏電保護(hù)裝置，使用后拔掉電源插頭。操作時(shí)應(yīng)濕干分離，并有兩人操作。一個(gè)人操作控制器。一個(gè)人移動(dòng)樣板做試驗(yàn)。
