AFA-II自動涂膜機使用方法：
★接好電源。
★將待涂布底材（如：黑白紙）平放在涂布底座上，打開真空泵開關到“吸附"位置，這時，涂布底材即被吸附在涂布底座上了。（注意：當待涂布底材尺寸小于可真空尺寸時，應用其它紙張或用透明膠條遮蓋多余的真空小孔，以免待涂布底材吸附不牢固，造成涂布失?。?/span>
★將橫向推桿放置在涂布底座兩側的固定桿上。
★選擇適當的涂布長度，按下“復位"按鈕，使橫向推桿到達涂布的起始位置。
★將濕膜制備器放置在橫向推桿的前方。
★選擇適當的涂布速度。
★直接在濕膜制備器前面放置適量的待涂布涂料。
★按下“開始"按鈕，開始涂布。
★待涂布停止后，將剩余涂料刮入廢料收集盤。
★關閉真空泵，取下制好的樣板，以待下次操作。
AFA-II automatic coating machine use method:

★ Place the horizontal push rods on the fixed rods on both sides of the coating base.
★ Select the appropriate coating length and press the "Reset" button to make the horizontal pusher reach the starting position of coating.
★ Place the wet film preparation device in front of the lateral push rod.
★ Select the appropriate coating speed.
★ Place an appropriate amount of coating material directly in front of the wet film maker.
★ Press the "Start" button to start coating.
★ After the coating stops, scrape the remaining paint into the waste collection tray.
★ Turn off the vacuum pump and remove the prepared template for the next operation.
AFA-II自動涂膜機注意事項：
★在設備運轉過程中不能隨便調節(jié)涂布長度的旋鈕，否則會造成再次開機時滑桿不動作，一旦發(fā)生這種情況，可以把滑桿推到后，再開機，故障即可消除。
★涂布底座應保持清潔，有雜物粘在上面，以免影響涂布底座的平面度，從而影響下次涂布；若不慎將涂料滴落在涂布底座上，也應及時清潔。
★定時檢查油杯油位，若發(fā)現油位不夠，則應及時加入潤滑油，以潤滑導軌。
★每次使用本設備后，應用防塵罩遮蓋，以免灰塵掉入真空小孔，并被真空泵吸入，影響其使用壽命。
★每次使用本設備后，應及時清洗廢料收集盤。

★ After each use of this equipment, the waste collection tray should be cleaned in time.
