Product introduction:

三、使用方法：

?預先將毛刷放在20°C的水中浸泡30分鐘，浸泡深度為12mm,然后取出毛刷用力壓干，再在0.5%的皂液中浸泡10分鐘。

?將試板放在工作盤內，將兩發(fā)固定栓卡在試板邊框上，擰緊螺母，使試件在工作過程中沒有移動現(xiàn)象。

?將刷子與刷具放在一起。放入平行滑架內即可。

?將0.5%濃度的皂液放滿儲蓄槽，再把出水管插入水泵的出水口，打開總電源開關，打開泵電源開關（泵電源應聯(lián)機在機身的插座上），出水管向試板輸送皂液。送液量的大小可通過調節(jié)泵流量調節(jié)桿來控制。

?按“設定"鍵（詳見鍵盤操作說明），設定所需洗刷次數。一切工作**緒，按運行按鈕，刷子開始運行，控制器進行加法計數。

?觀察試板中間10厘米處有無磨損現(xiàn)象及露底現(xiàn)象，中途欲停機，則按下“暫停"鍵，停止洗刷。

?當試件未露底，實際計數值已達到設定值而停機時，如果繼續(xù)實驗，通過鍵盤操作，將實際計數值清零，再按運行按鈕，計數器重新開始計數，累計實驗結實。

?如果用于檢驗產品，將設定值為為合格的洗刷次數，按運行“按鈕"，當實際值等于設定值后自動停機，檢查試板是否露底，以此判斷產品是否合格。

? Press the “Set" key (see the keyboard operation instructions for details) to set the required number of scrubs. Everything works, press the run button, the brush starts running, and the controller counts up.

? Observe whether there is abrasion and exposed bottom at 10 cm in the middle of the test plate. If you want to stop the machine midway, press the "pause" button to stop scrubbing.

? When the test piece is not exposed and the actual count value has reached the set value and the machine stops, if you continue the experiment, clear the actual count value by keyboard operation, and then press the run button, the counter restarts counting and the cumulative experiment is solid.

? If it is used for product inspection, set the set value as the number of qualified scrubbing times and press the “button" to run. When the actual value is equal to the set value, it will automatically stop and check whether the test plate is exposed to determine whether the product is qualified.

四、產品特點：

五、注意事項：

?使用前請將刷放在20℃的水浸泡30min，然后用力壓干再在0.5%肥皂液中浸泡10min。

?為保證試驗數據的準確性和重現(xiàn)性請選擇均勻一致的底材按同樣的涂裝工藝制備樣品。

?結果判定以試板中間長度100mm區(qū)域涂層破壞情況為依據。

?當刷毛磨損至長度小于16mm時必須重新更換刷子。

Five, matters needing attention:
